Here is an adventure in my first vegan pizza from Thrive and Brendon Brazier, super yummy but not very pizza like. I love Brendon's book and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in starting a vegan diet.
So as many of you know I have been working on a masters in nutrition for the past several months. This was through a continuing professional education process since I was not sure if I should continue with a masters in science or a masters in public health. I have decided to continue with the masters in science so that I can eventually pursue my own integrated medicine practice in the future. However, in the very near future, I may start consultations for medical nutrition therapy. Ironically after several months of repeat biochemistry from a nutritional standpoint and medical nutrition therapy my next course will be......drumroll......sport psychology. This should be an interesting semester.
